  • What is this event about?

This is a MasterClass where attendees will learn and taste up to 14 international full course recipes that will allow them to host confidently for large groups at home. Dani will share tips on how to prepare food in advance when you are planning to entertain at home. Book your ticket now.

 

  • Who is Dani Valent?

Dani is a long time user and evangelist of Thermomix®. She is proficient with the use of both TM31 and TM5. Personally, she is also an accomplished cook, journalist, travel writer, food critic, columnist, and award-winning author of 3 bestselling Thermomix® cookbooks. Dani has also collaborated with chefs like Tetsuya; Andre Chiang; George Colombaris (MasterChef Australia judge), Jane Etherton; Peter Gilmore; Ryan Cliff (Tippling Club SG) etc in her In the Mix series

The Malaysia event will be held over 2 days at Ruyi & Lyn restaurant in Bangsar (Note:  Ruyi is a pork-free restaurant)

Hear the story of each dish and why certain ingredients are used from Dani, who travels widely as a travel writer, eater and chef/cook.
